A manufacturing client in Córdoba needed a single point of entry for new partners integrating S.Y.L.V.I.A. Precision Core into their assembly lines. Each partner had to submit equipment specs, sensor calibration data, and line layout files before the first audit. We designed a dedicated portal with a step-by-step wizard. The first step collects company details and line identifiers. The second step accepts sensor configuration files (CSV or JSON) and validates them against our schema. The third step lets the partner upload floor plans and mark sensor positions. Each step saves progress, so a user can resume later without losing data.
Built on a lightweight Node.js backend with a React frontend. File uploads are handled via signed S3 URLs, and schema validation runs server-side before any data is stored. The portal connects to the existing S.Y.L.V.I.A. API to check if a partner’s equipment is already registered, preventing duplicate entries. Deployment took six weeks from kickoff to production.
