By accessing and using the S.Y.L.V.I.A. (Systems Yield & Logistics Verification Intelligent Automation) platform, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein. This B2B software service is designed exclusively for logistics verification and auditing of industrial assembly chains.
Sylviapinc provides a real-time auditing SaaS platform for assembly lines. The system allows integration of IoT sensors, configurable dashboards, and predictive alerts. Use of the software is limited to quality control, component traceability, and industrial regulatory compliance purposes.
Sylviapinc shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures in client infrastructure, human errors in sensor configuration, or unauthorized modifications to the software. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of uninterrupted operation.
All source code, algorithms, dashboards, and technical documentation of the S.Y.L.V.I.A. system are the exclusive property of Sylviapinc. The user obtains a non-transferable license for use during the term of the contract. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of the software without express authorization is prohibited.
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. In the event of a material breach of these conditions, Sylviapinc reserves the right to suspend access immediately. Upon cancellation, client data will be exportable for 15 business days, after which it will be securely deleted.
Sylviapinc may update these conditions with 15 days' notice, notifying users through the administration panel. Continued use of the service after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
